Refund and Returns Policy

Matriarchy Hair SA strives to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Refund and Returns Policy describes the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packing. It must also contain proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

• Wigs and weaves that have been worn or altered
• Custom orders and special items

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@matriarchyhairsa.co.za or +2772 033 5015 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation: Once your return is authorised, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will tell you the status of your refund. If authorised, your refund will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is properly posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@matriarchyhairsa.co.za.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@matriarchyhairsa.co.za or +2782 485 9776.
